Welcome to blog for Midlothian NQTs! We (Elaine and Sarah) are excited to share the professional learning programme for NQTs. Our programme is inspired by John Hattie’s 15 years of research about what has the biggest impact on learning. We are supporting NQTs to engage in practitioner enquiry using Hattie’s research as a starting point.
